THE LONG NIGHT MOON
August 2002.
When we arrived at the isolated Italian farmhouse, I carried with me rolls of film. I kept them cool in the grotto. By the time Sam and I departed twelve and a half years later, things were not the same. Not only had film been replaced by pixels, but the post-war world we had stepped into had vanished. However, the most significant change was within us. Containing fifteen photographs that span these years, The Long Night Moon attempts to record the transformation that took place.
